The island of Nosy Bé, in the northwest of Madagascar, is the starting point for our trips to the Malagasy “Great Land”
Our travel universe covers 250 km of coast between Nosy Be and Moramba Bay. The weather is globally nice all year round (340 days sunshine). The temperature gap between our summer and our winter is very little. Most of the time, the rain “chooses” to fall at night while we enjoy being under the tent…

The vegetation is lush in the northern part of our region (the first 100 km). It becomes a little more arid in the southern part (Moramba Bay and surrounding area), where you'll find an extraordinary vegetation of euphorbias, spectacular baobabs and the famous pachypodiums perched on land and sea Tsingys. However, water is abundant everywhere, in the form of wells, torrents, waterfalls or still springs.
On the subject of wind, the region between Nosy Be and the Radamas archipelago is the only part of the Indian Ocean where the trade winds don't blow. So we're really in a specific region sculpted by its particularities, ideal for dream sailing as the wind is moderate all year round.
